Environmental and Sustainability Manager

An exciting opportunity to work with one of London's leading law firms on a 9-12 month maternity contract.

You have the opportunity to join this innovative law firm on a contract basis as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager, with an emphasis on sustainability. The purpose of the role is to ensure that all EHS policies and procedures are communicated, under an adhered procedure throughout the firm, working towards a goal of zero harm to people, the environment and equipment.

You will be responsible for providing in house health, safety and sustainability expertise and advice, identifying environmental and health and safety risks and opportunities, including global regulatory changes.

You will have responsibility for managing relevant legislative requirements including the Carbon Reduction Commitment, Energy Management Policy, Sustainability Policy and the Health and Safety Policy. You will also work closely with colleagues on Corporate Responsibility team to develop and deliver CR strategy

You will have a minimum of a bachelors degree in an environmental subject as well as a NEBOSH Certificate or IOSH Safety qualification.
